Type I hereditary angioedema (HAE-I) is the most common type of HAE, and with Diplomat, patients have the tools they need to manage swelling attacks and regulate their C1 inhibitor. We provide 24/7 support and counseling on HAE-I side effects, therapies and more. We contact patients before each refill to coordinate delivery and to make sure they are adhering to their treatment as prescribed. Because we know patients are more successful when we work together, we communicate with every member of the care team throughout therapy. When allowed by their prescriber, we train patients to self-administer safely and where it is most convenient for them.
