MyFactor® Infusion App

An App for People With Hemophilia & Bleeding Disorders

The MyFactor App Is Being Discontinued

Effective 4/23/2021, the MyFactor® app will not be available.

Until then, your app will still synchronize with our cloud-based back-up system. Starting 4/23/2021, this service will stop. That means all your data will exist ONLY on your device. You will also no longer be able to download the app from the Google Play™ store or the Apple App Store®.

Before 4/23/2021, we suggest using the “Reports” section of the app to save your bleed and infusion log history. Then, email it to yourself and your care team.

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are a current customer of Diplomat Specialty Infusion Group, you will still have access to our infusion logs. You may also want to research other apps that meet your needs.
