Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy Is Becoming Optum Specialty Pharmacy
Diplomat has been part of the Optum® family since early 2020. We're making some changes, but our patients are still our top priority.
Below are some frequently asked questions (FAQs) about these changes and what they mean for you.

What is changing?
Over time, the Diplomat brand will be retired and the Optum® Specialty Pharmacy brand will take its place. This will change the names and logos you see on your medications and the way you contact your specialty care team. But you can still expect the same personal service, supportive staff and hands-on care. -
When will this change happen?
You'll start to see the Optum® Specialty Pharmacy name over the next year.
This kind of change takes time. For a while, you may see both brands when you use your specialty pharmacy.

Will the website still be the same?
You will still be able to see and manage your prescription information online, but the website you use will change. We'll tell you in advance when this will happen and what to do.

Will there be changes in how I order my specialty prescriptions?
For now, keep ordering specialty prescriptions the way you always have. If you need to use different contact information to order your prescription, we'll tell you exactly what to do.
