Diplomat Pharmacy Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of Over-Allotment Option by Underwriters
FLINT, Mich., – Oct. 16, 2014 – Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. (NYSE: DPLO), the nation’s largest independent specialty pharmacy, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 15,333,333 shares of common stock at an initial public offering price of $13.00 per share, which included 2,000,000 shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. Diplomat sold 11,000,000 shares of common stock and certain selling shareholders of Diplomat sold 4,333,333 shares of common stock. The company’s common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “DPLO.”
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as lead book-running managers. Additional book-running managers were J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC. William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and Leerink Partners LLC acted as co-managers.
