  • Daily, oral medications are placed in individual, clear plastic pill cups. The pill cups are assembled in reusable color coded “calendar cards”, giving patients an organized and convenient way to stick to their medication schedule.
  • Patients and caregivers can readily determine if medications were taken for the day simply by looking to see if the meds are still in the CarePak.
  • CarePaks can be customized to include virtually all medications in one convenient place.
  • Individual dispensing cups can be separated so patients can easily take their medication when traveling or going out for the evening, etc.
  • CarePak is provided at no additional cost to the patient.

Patient Care Services

  • HIV Navigator patients receive a thorough orientation on each medication
  • A Patient Care Coordinator calls the patient to determine adherence and assist with any therapy issues
  • Prescription utilization reports, available to healthcare professionals, provide real-time pharmacy data and validate adherence
  • Patient confidentiality is maintained at all times throughout the HIV Navigator Program

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available for patients who meet annual benefit maximums, are among the working poor or on disability and financially unable to burden their co-payments or co-insurance liabilities. No additional costs are ever passed on to patients aside from routine co-pays, deductibles, co-insurances, etc. Prescriptions are discreetly shipped or delivered throughout the U.S. at no additional charge.
