Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available for families who meet annual benefit maximums, are working but annual salary meets requirements, or on disability and financially unable to burden their co-payments or co-insurance liabilities. No additional costs are ever passed on to patients aside from routine co-pays, deductibles, co-insurances, etc. Prescriptions are shipped or delivered throughout the U.S. at no additional charge.
