Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy Provides Tykerb® - National Oncology Management Program

Flint, Mich. Mar. 14, 2007—Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy, a vanguard in Disease Management, announced today that their Oncology Navigator Program now provides Tykerb® for cancer patients.

The announcement comes on the heels of the FDA’s approval of Tykerb in combination with Xeloda® for the treatment of advanced metastatic breast cancer in women who have progressed on prior therapy.

“Our Oncology Navigator Program is now nationally known as the Oncology Rx Solution for physicians and their patients.” stated Mark Neville Vice President of Oncology. “Diplomat’s trademarked, Medication CarePak, designed for dispensing Xeloda®, positions us to easily provide and support patients using Tykerb and Xeloda.”

Diplomat’s Oncology Navigator Program is a bridge between the physician, health plan and the cancer patient. “When a person receives a cancer diagnosis it is hard enough,” said Neville. “But the medicine regimen and expense can be overwhelming, not to mention remembering when to take what pill. We calendar-pack the pills to ease confusion and increase adherence.
