Vice President of Business Development

As Diplomat’s Vice President of Business Development, MikeLynn Salthouse is primarily responsible for developing Diplomat’s Patient Assistance, REMS and Clinical Trial dispensing programs, as well as Study Drug Supply, Pipeline Development and Hub Management.

MikeLynn has been working in the healthcare industry for 25 years; 12 of those most recently in Specialty Pharmacy. Her tenure includes 8 years in executive positions with Stadtlanders and CVS/ProCare where she served as VP of HIV sales and VP, Business Development. At Allion Healthcare, MikeLynn was VP, Sales for MOMS Pharmacy and Executive VP for the company’s Oris Medical Systems. During her 4 years at Allion, the company issued an IPO, increased revenue from $25 million to $300 million and successfully launched MOMS Pharmacy in Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and Seattle. Salthouse attended Riverside College and Loma Linda University.
